INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales remotely via phone, email, and online platforms. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the overall sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales
• Reach out to prospects via calls and emails
• Qualify leads and pitch products/services
• Follow up consistently to convert leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Sales Coordination & CRM
• Update all sales activities in the CRM
• Track pipeline progress and schedule follow-ups
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams

Customer Relations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide post-sale support and resolve queries

 

Tools Used

• CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Google Sheets, Email, Calling tools
